Hacking Problem with launching gateway mode

hey guys , im new to gateway and 3ds ..
i follow the manual to set the gateway mode
but when it came to launch gateway mode , it just keep no respond and black screen

i tried to wait but it still no respond after half hour = =
any solution ?
*my version is 4.2.0-9u

looks like a SD card loading error, try a different SD card with the Launcher.dat file in the Root location and see if it will boot into it
