For Wiiflow, I read that the hooktype needs to be set to VBI for in-game cheats, is that correct? How would I do that?

The Changelog for Wiiflow 4.1.3 said changed hooktype from disabled to auto so it uses VBI if no hooktype is set... I have no idea where to set hooktype...
