a-k-a you fucked them up. Italian customs are one of the most notorious in the world.

That was another reason why I dind't want HK Post. Also on nds-card you can read: If your area is considered "Remote Area" by UPS or DHL, we will automatically revert to EMS, which could take a little longer time, usually 5 to 7 workdays.
But that didn't happen either.
Once again, I will not be responsibile for any lost of any kind.
Also still waiting for nds-card to tell me when they physically handed over my package to HK Post...

i noticed download play on gateway does not work on all games,for example mario & sonic at the O works but pac man party 3d does not !!

Ahh crap I checked their site and the blue card is confirmed working on 6.1. My 3ds is only on 4.5 for obvious reasons lol. I'll email them later.

EDIT: I Google a bit and people said it was fine on 6.1 but failed on 6.2.

do you consider the different timezone,the fact that is Sunday ,and of course the fact that nds-card is online for a while they are not 24/24 hours a day on net to answer you .Patience is a virtue ,also if they send a card to you the tracking code is usually online the 2nd day after postal so check it again tomorrow,and yes china have weekends too.

well your English was terrible and barely readable, so i wouldn't expect a understanded response due to English not being there first language.

nds-card already told you they would have given you a refund but it was already shipped to you.
and you just needed to ask for "the shipping date"

the only thing you can say is if you Paid extra for DHL shipping then you should ask for the difference back

Today they sent me many emails...so I know they were active. BTW now Paypal is in the loop, I trust them.

I asked why our colleague told you gateway 3ds card can work with 3ds v6.2. He told me this mistake is just because another customer first name is the same as yours, and that customer asked him whether R4i gold 3ds work with 3ds v6.2 at that time so he replied yes. And he said later you told him gateway can not work with 6.2 and your 3ds is v4.2. He know you are a connoisseur so he did not pay more attention to this mistake answer. About Hong Kong Post airmail, the number is correct, post information is a little slow and these two days are weekends, so need 1-3 more days for us to track it. Once we track it, this means your card will leave Hongkong soon and will arrive at your country soon. So it is normal the post site information is a little delayed. You know post after all is not express. They need a quantity of parcels to arrange the airline. So there is without a fixed time.

Lol so the reason, that tracking isn't working is because the hongkong mail airplane is not full yet? That's lame o.O I thought my package was shipped at tuesday, but it may still be in hongkong? >.<

Ok just a update from my teensy order, ordered Friday noon, was shipped Saturday and arrived today, now that's service i like. wish the xl i ordered was that quick still waiting for that, so gonna have to wait to try it out gutted

Yay, finally got my hands on my order from Manialinker.com, official reseller.
Not the best price around (now around 74€), shipped on 20/08, sent to my post office on 27/08. Had to wait until today to get it.
Nice communication with their team. I'd recommand it for french tempers.

A few bad points : they seemed to be in a rush when they applied stickers...
Plus, they "stole" a few lines from Devin's review (where he enumerates games and tells if they pass) on their blog.

Now the thing is, all my SD adapters seem to be dead. Another long wait until I can use it .
