Hardware 3DS 'Spring' Update Speculation

So with the Spring update for both the 3DS and WiiU coming up soon (rumored April 17th) what would you guys like to see in your wishlists for the 3DS? I'd like to see

1. Miiverse, after using it on a friends Wii U I was pleasantly surprised.
2. New Streetpass features or an updated quest for the Plaza,more hats and mini-games?
3. Redesigned eshop - It a total cluster of crap at the moment, can't find shit.
4. Updates to the Letterbox/Swapnote app - It's painfully slow at the moment..
5. Ability to change the colours/ add pictures to the main menu folders
6. A simple messaging tool.... the simple ability to go into the friend list and give someone a message, is that be truly so hard to implement?

7. GBA and SNES titles in the Eshop
8. More deals (maybe even daily deals) in the Eshop (like Steam)

I know, those are only for the Eshop, but hey. Especially with 7 I still dream.

- I want to see a feature that makes the 3DS light turn purple or something when in sleep mode to notify you when it's possible to join someone online in MK7 for example, it should be a feature that's easy to turn on or off through the main menu. I would also be cool if you could set which titles and friends you want to trigger the the new notification light.

- The ability to notify a specific friend who's in the middle of a game with a purple LED instead of the orange one that notifies everyone on your list, this should be an optional feature of course.

Other things I want (some of which you already mentioned)
- More characters in the status update.
- WiiU/3DS connectivity, perhaps some sort of account merging.
- Video Playback.
- Miiverse support.
- Updated letterbox/swapnote.
- New eShop design, the current one worked perfectly at first but now that there's so much stuff it's not exactly the optimal solution for convenient browsing.

1. Menu folder customization.

Miiverse *is* coming--it's already been verified by Iwata, but I'm not sure that it's due in April.

I have never mentioned Miiverse in my post due to the fact that I know it is coming in a near future. I just wanted to know if an UPDATE (whether it is generic or not) is coming to the 3DS.

It was confirmed anyway, it will probably be ready for E3

I dont expect much from this, but It would be great to acess eShop account from PC or other devices, it was a speculaltion about a year ago, but nothing came. Miiverse will come soon or later I think. and forget about snes on 3DS, it is not going to happen without a hack.
