Personally, I find this great news. I loved that show, and Drew Carey's Improve-a-ganza just doesn't cut it for me.

EDIT: More info
Returning are Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie, who starred on the ABC series. The trio, along with a special guest each episode , will go through a series of spontaneous improv games.

Was never a big fan of Who's line though I think it's resentment from doing competitive improv for 5 years and realizing how much easier that show would be to participate in. They get laughs just like we did too so ya...

Still glad it's coming back though. Colin Mochrie is always a good reason to watch tv. I'm amazed he isn't in more things tbh

Thank god!

But!

They'll have to keep the old formula, and have the original cast with one guest. It'd be awesome if it was exactly like the old one. But I can see them doing something and changing it and it'll fuck it all up.

The Green Screen show is pretty funny too.

YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!!!!

Hopefully this will be just as good as it used to be and not as abysmal as the other show similar to this which Drew Carrey hosts.

No... not Aisha Tyler :( I think she's cute and all and I like her on Archer but did anyone see her during the sony (or xbox) gaming event I think last year? yeah she's not exactly a comedian.

Well, Drew Carey is doing The Price is Right on CBS. He's probably locked in a contract. Bit of a shame they're taking his idea, and running with it without him.

Will we finally learn whose line it was?

Like, I enjoyed the show and everything, but they never got around to answering such a central question and it bugged the crap out of me. Every week I turned in for the reveal only to be disappointed every single time. They really left us fans hanging.

Okay yeah, but let's be honest still though, it wouldn't be the same without him.
Yeah, who else is going to sit in the chair and make sexist jokes that nobody in the audience laughs at?

I went on a WLIIA binge a few months back and watched like 50 episodes from various seasons over the course of a month. I saw how the various actors reacted and how guest stars came and went. Drew rarely contributed to laughs, though he always tried (which is more than can be said for some of the short-lived people).
