Is there a way to make that in cores like the snes core or nes core they don´t unzip the files to the sd card?Because I have to delete the unziped files from my card every time I use those emus to make more space aviable in the card.

Is space really so limited that you have to have them zipped? Personally it's easier not to have zip files.

New version of the list with "human readable" game titles is up. Same link as before.

Turns out the titles themselves sometimes contain valuable information on the state of emulation in FBA (no sound, imperfect gfx, undumped ROM etc...). So please make sure you check before reporting bugs. It may be that emulation is not complete upstream (in the original FBA) and there's nothing LibretroArc or ToadKing can do about it in that case.
Hi, Gun.Smoke is marked working but it can't be played because the start button is missing, someone else has tried it?

It deletes that extracted file as soon as it unloads the game from memory - so unless you're getting a crash inbetween it should already be 'cleaned' from the card automatically.

Come over to the WiiFlow thread I'll post my ini for cps1, keep in mind that the paths will probably be different so adjust accordingly. I'm still using the 0.9.7.1 cores when I'm using WiiFlow because the latest cores have not been modified by Fix94 yet. He's busy with school so be patient and I'm sure a fix will be available for 0.9.8.4

Sorry, I don't make promises I can't keep.
You evil Mofo you!

Also you can mark that Cyberbots on CPS2 does not have buttons hooked up.

These two have been taken care of in the build I used for testing :)

Driftout.zip [Driftout (Europe)] unfortunately runs slowly on Wii.

Confirmed. List Updated.

@Charco and other guys that are testing, you should use the build that groose is using. It will eliminate unnecessary bug reports ;)

I believe he offered it to anyone that wanted to test in his first post, just no distributing amongst the masses :whip:

Are you using the latest version of retroarch?
I think this was fixed in the latest version.
It should use similar method opposed to the other available emulators on Wii that support .zip loading.

using the 0.9.7.1 cores that came with wiiflow cps1 fails to load a game say dino.zip it works with retroarch outside of wiiflow but not in wiiflow no idea why any clues?as I want to use it in the plugins so I can do all my boxarts ect.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, my bad:
*Console: NGC
*RA version: 0.9.8.4
*Cores with zip issues (the ones I´ve tested): NES, SNES, GB/GBC, PCE, VB
*Storage: 2 Gb micro sd

When you have so little storage and you have GBA, GC and NDS homebrew, work stuff, photos, etc., saving space is important, that´s why I need your help.

I don't know if or what you are doing wrong, but this is an invalid report you're raising. Extracted files from the ZIP are cleaned up when

a) you unload the ROM (by loading a new one), or
b) exit RetroArch.

This is strange, but Metroid Zero Mission runs slower in RA's VBA Next than Tantric's VBA, are they based on the same core?

Besides what Libretoarc has stated, not trying to be a prick but there are some really good sales online where u can get 8GB+ cards for around $5 bucks give or take a few dollars. You can even get free shipping from the right seller.

Whether the zip problem is present or not, taking the amount of things you have on your SD card into consideration you're in dire need of an upgrade.
