So hey yesterday i bought two games in the e-shop from the big N.
The fist game Nano Assault was downloaded and play able after just a few minuts, as it was just 81MB.
The second game Tekken i am still busy with downloading it for the 3rd time now.
First time i downloaded it by wifi, it took like 6 hours to finish, and when i wanted to install it it said the data was corrupted and that i have to erase and start over again.
Second time i downloaded it it said it will take about 10 hours, so i did not wanted to wait that long so i tried it with directly with an utp kabel.
At first there was no improvement, but it was connected to a router and that seems to slow it down.
So i put it in a switch that is connected directly to the internet and put up the internet manualy.
That seems to do the trick for faster downloading, it now said about 2 hours.
But again the data is corrupted :(.
So now i am waiting for the 3rd time and just hoping it will install now.
I wanted to share my experiance, and advise people to just buy the game in store because i am busy for 2 day now and did not have any fun yet.

Yeah could be but i was inpatiant and messing arround with the download speed, thought maybee disconnecting and changing from wifi to utp gave some problems.
3rd time i left it alone and it installed just fine.

yes Nintendo's network is very bad when it comes to D/L, they MUST FIX that
1gb d/l can take hours, even on a good connection

I don't know what you're talking about, it's also dependent on the persons wifi. When I downloaded the update for the WiiU on day one, it didn't take hours. It took like 40 minutes, and that was obviously with tons of people connected at once downloading.

That sux , i dont think ill be buying any full price games over the Ninty network anyways , with the dubious download speeds and possible interuption , and on top of that the game is tied to your console . Much prefer to pay for the Disc and have the ability to play it on any WiiU and also to resell later . I would just stick to the smaller / cheaper games for the eShop.

It might be worth buying digital if it's a game you plan on playing for hundreds of hours... like Monster Hunter 3 TriG ULTIMATE! :P Heck I would probably have purchased BLOPS 2 had it been digital at launch.
