Hey GBATemp, I installed Ubuntu a few months ago, and I'm realizing that I don't really need GRUB. I have Windows 7 Bootloader with an entry for Ubuntu, I would prefer to go back to that without deleting that entry.
Thanks.
Thanks.
bootrec /FixMBR
I was going to do that, but I wasn't sure if that would delete my Ubuntu entries...Using a Windows 7 Repair Disc would work fine, all you usually need to do is have it "detect problems" and it'll replace grub with MBR, however sometimes this doesn't work so you need to do it manually with the cmd prompt using the...if I remember that correctly..Code:bootrec /FixMBR
OK, thanks for the help.It shouldn't, but if it does you can use easyBCD as posted above to add it back in.
How would I go about doing it with EasyBCD?I recommend you use easyBCD for bootloader management, its an easy to use and useful program
Or you could just use the Win 7 DVD to fix the bootloader so that would remove the linux grub.
