There's very little DLC that I've been interested in, although I did purchase every DLC pack for Fallout 3. I think DLC is a good idea, just utilised terribly in most cases.
I am left leaning, and believe in a mixture of capitalism and socialism with strict regulations on corporate behaviour.
My opinion is that we are not alone in this universe.

I don't know the catalogue well enough! lol I've heard lots of good things about the God of War series though, and Law mentioned a game that sounded awesome whose title I can't remember now. I'll have to ask him what it was. Something like "Godeater", or along those lines.
I know plenty of people with them, so don't see why you would be. I'd have gone for something different personally but each to their own!

I've only listened to the 3 Faroff tunes you sent me, gonna check out more of their stuff later. Just going by the 3 tunes you sent though I can see why it's a work playlist! It's the kind of stuff I love listening to while I was collecting the trollies.
The government won't need surveillance drones, just a universal Facebook application that everyone is legally obliged to use. The fear of immigrants, losing our jobs, losing our homes, not eating, being thought of as "socialists" and other similar propaganda will be used to keep people in line. Those that rebel will just be sent to "re-education" camps.
I think it's a mix of both to be honest. It all depends on the subject being studied and the student!
