Q: When can I purchase the Wii U?
A: It is available now in the USA. In Europe & Australia it will release November 30th while the it will release in Japan December 8th.
Q: What is the difference between basic and deluxe Packages?
A: The deluxe package is black includes Nintendo Land, GamePad Stand, 32GB internal storage, GamePad Cradle, Digital Deluxe Promotion and Wii U Console Stand. The Basic package on the other hand is just white and has 8GB internal storage.
Q: What is the Digital Deluxe Promotion?
A: It basically allows you to gain points on your Eshop purchases. Every $10 purchase is 100 points. When you receive 500 points you get $5 credit for your WiiU or 3DS device.
Q: How backwards compatible is the WiiU?
A: The WiiU will work with most Wii Accessories and games. Please note the Gamepad will not be compatible with Wii Games.
Q: What controllers are supported?
A: Depending on the game the Gamepad, Pro controller, classic controller, Wii Fit and Wiimote combo may function.
Q: Why does my WiiU take so long to load a disc?
A: I can't say why but some games take a longer time to load then others.

- Insert the SD card into the Wii U
- Run the transfer tool app
- Insert the SD card into the Wii
- Download the transfer tool app from the Wii's online store
- Run the Wii Transfer tool app
- Wait for the transfer to finish then insert the card into the WiiU.
