im just thinking to myself the developers of pokemon game are start to make a new game before sell BW2 for all countryes, i downloaded pokedex 3d pro and i watch trought to menu in pokemon selector there inside 724 pokemon plus 2 hidden unlockables are total "726" but this hight number will sure to refence to the next gen of course il exclusion naturaly these forms but i most sure the team are hinting to next pokemon game.

Just like pokemon platinum before relased the fans they made a fanmade nect gen things pokemons for wait to the original designes

im not sure how many forms they added in the pokedex 3d pro,but these one i mean the last was made will hint the gen 6.

i was refering the alternate form of tundurus and co. for this hint

Update: i was remember i played pokemon bw i took the rom inside the file where labeled the pokedex number line in the script there suppose to be tre hidden pokemon inclusion same in pokemon bw2, before genesect pokedex number "649" was labeled 650-651-652 hidden pokemon but unfortunetly unused the only thing is contain the egg pokemon and most probaly the pokewood characters

It is very likely those were leftover data just as the original games had concepts of next gen Pokemon or like new formes and what not.

i was discovered this stuff in year ago, but you can found those stuff using the code thing in action replay.

for example in pokemon gsc for gameboy i was discovery this the same stuff too trought code, was labeled 252 before celebi you found as a dummy pokemon you encounter naturaly missing no but the proof it's self was to be put early third gen because was in development where planed as a easter egg pokemon for the third gen but unfurtunely it was discarted only remains is paw checkmark im not sure that stuff i saw to myself, i think the third gen will be originaly worked again for game boy color but lastly it switched to gameboy advance.
