Marvel's own wisecracking, wall breaking, merc with a mouth Deadpool is finally getting his own game, developed by Transformers: War for Cybertron developer High Moon Studios.

The trailer (seen above) shows off some of the gameplay and humor of the game. You can see Deadpool shoot, slash, and wise ass his way through multiple enemies, all with his token style and slyness.

No other info was released about the game, other than it'll have a 2013 release date. Take that, Wolverine!

So...Deadpool May Cry with Suda sensibilities? I dig Deadpool, but I'm betting the numbers on this one are destined to disappoint.

LOL, I have that actual Marvel Swimsuit magazine shown in the video. I believe it's from 1993. Nice of HMS to show it and the Psylocke pinup (which IMO, was the best pinup in the whole issue).

It kinda looks shit and annoying. I like Deadpool but this looks like a parody done by 12 year olds.

as long as they have one or two of his writers in the production cast, it can be good.
lets just hope they get professionals for the jokes and shit

This looks awful...

What is up with the forced jokes? the voice actor sounds bored and the voice acting in general sounds terrible. The head shape for deadpool looks all wrong, in every version iv seen he has a long facial shape not the short rounded shape shown here. The graphics look "too" realistic and they've made deadpool look too "muscled" almost like he's duke nukum. Hell it even looks like it should be a duke nukem game just replace duke with deadpool.

The voice actor is the same voice actor he's had for every game he's been in (from Marvel Ultimate Alliance to Marvel vs. Capcom 3). It's the same VA as Desmond from Assassin's Creed and Nathan Drake actually (Nolan North)

Also I think complaining about head sizes and muscle mass is a bit... particular. He doesn't look like Chris Redfield, most of the complaints are coming from elsewhere.
