Looking really good especially with the lighting.

Wow, looks surprising good, I like how the character actually seems human, he screams, gets scared and well, stuff that normal people would do (I mean, most characters in zombie games just stay there like nothing happens even if a zombie pops outta nowhere). I also like the way the backpack works and stuff, oh and how the map thingy actually disappears once he was about to getting into that weird zombie boss (I think it was a boss).

Looks pretty damn impressive!
I'd be too much of a pussy to play this, prefer playing L4D as you have other 'people' with you, so it's not as scary, haha!

This game is made with multiplat in mind, it will only stay as an exclusive for some time before ubisoft re-releases it for other platforms. Though I expect this version to be the best version thanks to the controller screen map and quick access inventory.
Another thing that will be possible thanks to the controller is that you'll be able to play this with headphones on and away from the TV like in your bed at night which imo makes horror games much more scarier.

I really like the ambient effects the game has that gives it that suspense a current zombie/survival game just doesn't have. And the fact that you are actually playing a "person" as opposed to someone that has absolutely no emotion whatsoever, it's a big step up.

it looks good. i still would love to see a well lit horror game. by well, i don't mean impressive, but just nice bright daylight without dark stylized shadows or overcontrasty and gritty. natural lighting works great in horror imo, but no game or movie seems to do it. they always go for color tinted, over contrast and dark.

the trailer footage for this game for example looked great. but then the game is all dark.

New footage:

Go to Youtube and watch it in HD. Looks even better.

How to do you know that? I think the fact that it's called ZombiU pretty much means that it's a Wii U exclusive.

I was just thinking. This game is as violent as hell, but people threw a s***storm when MadWorld was released because it ruined the "family image" of the Wii.

Something tells me that this won't be the last of these kinds of titles on the WiiU. Ubisoft has done well with this.

The fact that nintendo used this game to demo some of the features of the wiiU in that video with the crazy hipster talking to his non-specific action figure gives me high hopes for the wiiU. Not that I disliked the wii, but that they maybe start to see more to this kind of games than before :)

They told us this E3 that the title could potentially see a 360/PS3 release in the future, with some changes of course.

They said the same with Red Steel too. Doesn't mean anything. It wouldn't even work well on the 360 given the emphasis on the tablet controller.
