The celebi pic seems legit. Not ground-breaking but mehh.

If the story's gonna be about Celebi, wouldn't it be more practical to use HeartGold or SoulSilver as a base?

Also - what exactly are the basic plot points - how is Celebi introduced to the story, who are the villains, what do they want Celebi for, when/where do you have the final encounter with Celebi and save the day?

Celebi is like a pokemon that appaers randomly in the game at many point and people gonna talk abaout celebi as the time traveler from a far away region. An why im not use hg ss is because thats like no rom hack tools for it.
