yay! Gravity Rush is very awesome like everybody said. This is the first real must have game! :D

even got a DLC pre-order extra

and yay one day early!

Lots of people seem to have gotten the game early. Tons of week early deliveries and stores putting it on the shelves...lol.

I still opted for a digital copy since it's just more convenient not having to carry games with me. Soo I need to wait for PSN.

Personally, I have preferred to take it in GAME to own the 3D lithography (a DLC can always be purchased). :D

You see, this is what Sony need on their platform. Good, handheld focused games you can't play anywhere else. Not cross platform play, not FIFA, COD and Resistance. if they get a decent amount of these, they might get enough of a userbase to succeed.

I'm not too keen on getting GR (doesn't seem like the right game for me) but I'm definitely going to try it out before jumping to conclusions.

This game is extremely highly rated, so I'll still count it as promising.

Worth the buy, but it's kinda short. The side missions will keep you going for a bit, but if you only focus on the story you'll be able to finish in a day or two.

One of the best games recently, not just for Vita. A must have for the console!

Yeah, that's kinda my worry for it, usually for those types of games I wait until they're in the $10-$20 range unless it's something super special.

I am really excited for the game though, just from all the trailers, art, and demo, it seems to be a fine game. I might buy it soon or I might just save my money for something with a bit more replay value and nab it when its on sale.

Hmm Guild it is smart to wait until the game is on sale, it is short.(6 hours story mode) but yeah the DLC gives some extra value. It is a great game though, I guess the PS Vita needs more of these games to succeed.

I don't own it so I dunno, I'm also very picky on what I consider "killer apps" and what I just consider "good games". Like Tetris is a killer app; Super Mario 3D Land isn't. To me, at least. It might be a quality game but if it's only picked up and beaten in a weekend then it doesn't justify the purchase of a system like a high replay value game like Tetris or (for the Vita) Lumines.

If it's only 6 hours long then I'll just wait for a deal. Who knows when that might be but it'll be worth it.

Short =/= not worth it.

It is WELL worth the price as is, unless you're poor or something. Well, that doesn't make it worth less...just makes you poor, I s'pose.

The Vitas best game so far, not that it has had much competition.

Well, not worth it and worth the price are different. I don't see much sense in spending $40 on a game that lasts me a day. I definitely want the game, don't get me wrong, just maybe at a better price point. Usually I'll bite on these types of games for around $20, $30 if I find it on sale shortly after release.

But I'd rather spend my $40 on a Vita game that'll last me a longer time. I still need to pick up some of the launch titles for it so I'm good.

So far, it feels like Disgaea is much more worth the price if you consider time investment. However GR is a lot more fun, even if the story is a lil short. Still, I've been having fun burning through the side missions and exploring the world for every last lil collectible and enjoying the experience of flying freely through the levels.

This will tide me over until the next big game release (lil big planet anyone?).

Still not getting a 3DS just yet...
