A retail listing reveals that Rayman Origins has once again been delayed, seeing how poorly compressed and unoptimized the demo was It's very likely that the team handling the 3DS port of the game still have some finishing touches to do. Rayman Origins is now scheduled for a Q3 release.

Hopefully they tone down the AA, fix the framerate and use better compressed textures without the blurred and washed out look the demo had.
Also, lol at the imagine and petz games they have planned, shit sells I guess.

Good to know that they're delaying it. They better improve the game (up the framerate to 60FPS and fix the muddy visuals).

If it really got delayed it's a good sign, I bet the fianl version will be much better!
Twice faster, 60 fps, a little bit zoomed, local co-op, and maybe something new for the 3DS version,
like a exclusive 3DS playable character, or a new exclusive 3DS level

The demo was awful.
Not interested in this game at all.

Don't let the 3DS version put you off an excellent game.

This can also be applied to Metal Gear Solid 3.
Hey MGS3D may run at around 20FPS but it certainly wouldn't put anyone off MGS3.

It's still an excellent game even enhanced a little bit with the crouch-walking and touch-screen inventory.

Aiming and camera controls with the face buttons is so much fun and not at all irritating. And therefore you don't need to buy the control pad pro in order to play the game properly.

Flawless controls and gameplay.

The controls and gameplay of the console version are gimped but they are just so much better than using face buttons.
