Remember that stunt they pulled with the Wii's launch? Zelda was obviously the biggest game, but it required a Nunchuck attachment, which was not included
No I don't remember that, mainly because it DID come with the nunchuck.

Maybe he meant it wasn't included with Zelda

edit- :ninja: 'd
Thanks Xuphor for clarification.

Dunno, but my launch unit came from Walmart, after waiting in line for 8 hours. All it had was the Wii, one Wiimote, and Wii Sports. Nothing else at all.

Well, you either didn't search the box properly or someone had nicked it before you bought it.

As far as rumors go, this one certainly doesn't sound too unlikely. I'll hold onto my suspicions until Nintendo makes the announcement themselves, but I can't see it differing too greatly.

I personally don't give a damn about the launch date anymore. I just want a good price + good launch games = sold.

A number of really good launch games have already been announced for Wii-U. Assassin's Creed 3 and Darksiders 2 are two of them, both of which use the Wii-U's controller in a unusual way.

Yes, so it's mainly the price.

Nintendo has taught me not to buy their systems if they rushed.

I get the feeling that most handheld/console releases from here on out will feature mostly ports or "enhanced" ports as launch titles. :

Darksiders II I may play months before, not at all fussed about AC3 and Arkham City should be launch too but already on my 3rd play through on that. I do reckon Pikmin 3 will be launching, plus I'm sure Nintendo will pack in something like they showed at E3. I think Killer Freaks From Outer Space & Ghost Recon Online will be out at launch maybe. Still needs more titles that won't be on other consoles or PC.

We'll see what there is at E3, I reckon they're going to put more into this launch than with any launch they've done before. They need to do a lot to impress those who generally ignore Nintendo now.

If it has no multiplats then it is a bad system lacking in games
if it has multiplats then it's a port machine.

Given these statements prowler, I would be lead to assume you have a list of the Wii U titles currently in development. Would you like to share with us how many of them are exclusives and how many are ports?

Wait... It's coming out in the US before Japan.

IT IS COMING OUT IN THE US BEFORE JAPAN!
This is a Nintendo first.

No it isn't, this always happens
3DS came out in Japan before the US. Same with the Wii. And most, if not all DS versions.

Just a little note:
