I got a PSPGo used today, it seems to work great. I put 6.60 official on it, then the 6.60pro light custom firmware thing. Once I restart the system, I run Fast Recovery and all homebrew works fine, like gPSP Kai, without any issues whatsoever.
However, when I try to run any isos form the memory card or the internal memory, the game is recognized, and seems to launch, but it just freezes on black screen booting. The two games I've tried are Kingdom Hearts: BBS, and Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, both of which supposedly are known to work on 6.60 pro cfw, according to several comments from the site I got it from.

What the heck is wrong here?

You probably don't have any yet, but just in case, disable plugins, NoDRM engine, and the MS speed up if it's enabled.

I already tried the later two with no success, just tried disabling plugins (I have CWCheats and Fusa SD) and still no success.

Huh....... Well, the only things left that I can think of are that either the modules aren't installed properly (rerun the PROUPDATE), the M2 or internal storage need to be reformatted, or the ISOs are corrupted (or prepatched)....

EDIT: You could also try disabling "Prevent Hibernation Deletion" and "Hide CFW files from game".

EDIT 2: If you're still having issues, you can try out the ME LCFW here.

I had problems with my ISO/CSO files after installing 6.60 Pro-B10 temp, but it didn't freeze, it just gave me an error popup on the screen. I eventually got them working, but I needed to install something first..

It was fixed with either ISO tool or Prmoetheus ISO Loader. I read about my issue online and couldn't find anything, but when I had an issue on my PSP 1000 with 5.50 CFW this fixed it. Not sure if this helps, but I know how annoying it is when there isn't alot of information about it around

Found the issue, turns out that Fusa SD plugin, despite being disabled, was still trying to activate, and since there was no component cables in it, it did nothing. I deleted it entirely, and all the isos started working properly.

I don't think I'll be using Fusa, since it apparently keeps going even when I told it not to.

Thanks everyone that tried to help, that's why I love this site ^^

Man, PSPGo is soooooo much better than any other kind of psp.... once hacked, that is. Definately worth $90 used + USB cable + 4GB M2 Card, + protective case by Sony, none of which had extra charges. Gamestop is stupid again (It should have been $140 for all the stuff), but for the benefit of the customer this time.
