I downloaded that DMLr12_create_wad folder at the top and created the mios v10 wad and installed it. Is that what you wanted me to do? If so sadly it didn't work.

You may have seen the new wad creator:

Extract this to a folder called DMLr12 and extract the contents of the creator into this folder too, then run the create wad bat again and it now should create a DML wad too.
Can be because of too slow sd card. You can try patching the iso with fstfix before drag and drop in discex, open a command prompt and use it like 'fstfix.exe gamename.iso t' this should create a new smaller iso file, drag and drop this one then in discex and copy the folder to your sd:/games.
After doing this it still lags. Mario Sunshine also does so it's probably my SD card.
