Well just a few minutes ago i tried to install a theme,http://desktopthemes...ooter-windows-7.

After installing it i manage to get the background and mouse pointers change. But that's not what I want. What i want is to change the start menu which in fact stayed the same.

So then i tried Changing the Explorerframe.dll and i got this in the end http://i33.tinypic.com/ixw3uc.jpg

No taskbar, No icons, No startmenu, Nothing... But as i said, I am a self repair specialist and manage to get windows running back properly and smoothly by fixing the system files using Sfc/sannow in the cmd prompt.

So now the problem here is HOW THE HELL DO I MODIFY THE START MENU. It's getting on my nerfs.

EDIT: my windows is 64 bit
EDIT2: the theme http://www.mediafire...x9qfsi71j7gtne5
EDIT3: THIS THEME COULD MESSED YOUR COMPUTER AS IT MEANS FIDDLING AROUND WITH YOUR SYSTEM FILES.

Ok so i googled a bit and found out that 64 bit needs to have both Explorerframe.dll to be change in the System 32 and SysWoW 64.

So does the theme needs a 32 and 64 bit files together or does one Dll is enough? And do i replace both the files with the one dll?

The navigation buttons of Windows explorer are stored in the system file explorerframe.dll. If
you want to change your navigation buttons, you'll have to replace the explorerframe.dll, & on

Windows 7 64-bit even twice!
Let's first see where the explorerframe.dll is stored.

Windows 7 32-bit:
C:/Windows/System32/explorerframe.dll

Windows 7 64-bit:
C:/Windows/System32/explorerframe.dll
C:/Windows/SysWoW64/explorerframe.dll
