so, im planing on getting a 32gb sd card from amazon cause there super cheap, and i was wondering if anything would mess up if i did that. i read somewhere some people had difficulties or their 3DS stoped reading sd cards all together, so i was wondering, if i would have to worry about the same issues, or if i should go for it?

I believe the limit to the 3DS SD card size is 32gb, so it should work fine mate. I would do a little more research on Google before going for it though, just to make sure.

How do you transfer files from on SD card to another? For example, If I have all the Dead or Alive: Dimensions DLC, if I transfer it to the bigger SD card, will is still work

It should. I think it's based off the 3DS it's running on , not the SD card.
Your avatar scares me. You should change it. ;D

basically, from what i read online anyway, you put your old card in a card reader, copy the files over to your computer, then put the new card in the computer, then transfer the files you copied to the new sd card. or if you have two sd card slots on your computer or two adapters, then you just copy the files over from the old sd card to the new one. also i thought i would just add, dont delete the files from the old sd card until you confirmed that the transfer has 100% worked. :)

That's it!
