My votes:

+1 Tales of the Abyss, this game plays great. It also has a great story line!
+1 Mario Kart 7, I just can't stop playing online anymore!
+1 Shinobi, this game is hard I like hard games that should explain it.
+1 Super Mario 3D Land, it is short but it has a good taste of entertainment!
+1 Tetris, great game for if you have time to kill, I do have that sometimes.
+1 Sonic Generations, I never liked Sonic that much but this game is just different, also it plays nice!
+1 Dead or Alive Dimensions: I love the fact that it is a fighting game, and well just addicting story etc.

My updated list:

+1 Super Mario 3D Land. Although a little short, everything else is brilliant. Intuitive and seamless (sorry Nokia N9)
+1 Mario Kart 7. The BEST online experiences on the 3DS. Ever. I expect more from Nintendo with the Wii U.
+1 Shinobi. Looks absurd at first, but if you really get into the actual game it's pretty fun.
+1 Biohazard Mercenaries. The first online experience I enjoyed on the 3DS. Fun shooting albeit short.
+1 Starfox. Even though I'm very disappointed that this doesn't have online, it's seriously fun.
+1 Ace Combat. Overall fun experience, different feel from Starfox.
+1 Legend of Zelda. Even though a port it's fun bringing this around.

I almost added minuses.

+1 sonic generations- nice controls, lots of replay value, epic final boss (unlike the console version), but classic homing attack which kinda defeats the purpouse of it being classic
+1 ocarina of time 3d- zelda is zelda
+1 rayman 3d- decent port unlike the ds version
