3ds videos:

Is there any way to encode the video with a good quality while keeping the video size as low as possible

I converted a 200mb with the FFMPEG command but the output is like 700mb. If I choose the worst quality it still bigger than the original file like 300mb. Why is this happening and is there any way to solve it?

The format is specific to the camera/recording app. It can't be changed.
