Hardware Wii M+ & Nunchuck

This combo of hardware no longer works for me. It happened after I installed a couple cIOS's a year ago. I didn't care enough to fix it up until now. Any solutions?

Try updating your Wii.
If you havnt updated it for a year its quite outdated.

so i installed the new cIOS's so my Wii is pretty much up to date with soft modding, but the issue is still persisting. I want to make sure that my M+ is broken b4 going off & buying a new one. Do u think i should try connecting to dolphin on my PC?

If the M+ doesnt work it shouldnt matter much if you happen to completely ruin it, right?

haha thanks man. Just took a look. Nothing working still. I'm guessing the connector at the end is messed up. Oh well time to buy a new M+

Hey painguy, on the health screen, hold it the red connect button on the Wii for a minimum of 15 seconds. Let go, press the connect button on the M+ once, then immediately press the connect button on the Wii once. See if that works.
