It works fine over here when I start it from postloader.
The only other thing I can think of is that something went wrong during the install of the wad.
What program did you use to install it? Was the ios slot empty before the install?

some bugsfix

http://www.ilpistone.com/wii/download.php?id=postLoader3_40_2

* Corrected theme support
* Corrected an (old) bug on deletion of all (games/channels) configuration files
* Moved "Clean channel/games configuration files..." option to "Options menu'"
* Corrected games hiding/sorting (configuration files must be cleaned, before it works)
* Removed filter menu from games browser

Hi stfour,

Just a quick one - this zip seems to have reverted to containing a 'channels.png' folder instead of the newer 'covers' naming convention. You might want to update it.

Yes, IOS253 was empty and i'll try deleting and re-installing it again (I used WiiMod3.0 under AHBPROT) So does PL3 read nand from usb:\nands\nand01 or usb:\nands\ ???? Just so I don't have to make the same mistake twice LoL

does 3.40 fix the dimension theme continuing to crash? it was still crashing on me with 3.38, and i did download the theme package fresh from the first post when i did full, manual update.

i'm also feature requesting the ability to sort channels on NAND. i'm using postloader as an autoboot from UNEEK+DI

sweenish... I was thinking that problems with dimension theme was solved with b35... I will try it again.

Actually the only way to sort channels and games is to give them a vote.

I used either wadmanager _gui or MMM with a switch to ios 236 first.
I don't see how PL3 makes a difference here?
Neek itself searches for a nand under usb:/nands/xxxxx
If that doesn't exist, it will revert to the root of the usb drive

It will create a nandcfg.bin in your usb:/sneek folder.
If you change something to your nands subfolders (adding or deleting a nand) it's better to delete that file as well.
It will be automatically recreated.

If you choose a nand in PL3, it will instruct priibooter to rename those nand folders so that they appear in the root of your usb drive.
Any previous nand folders on the usb root will be copied back to the empty nands subfolder before this happens.

This whole process is not needed anymore. If you boot into neek using my application, it won't happen, as it's priibooter doing this job.

The nand was so im not putting \nands\nands01 but I can just go ahead and put my nand in nands\ it's tedious at times to remove the hdd and walk all the way into the living room to hook the hdd up again; but thank you :)

You got a point there.

the nand folders directly under the nands folder isn't good. They should be either in the root of the usb drive or in a nand01 subfolder of the nands folder.
Don't forget to delete the nandcfg.bin file in the sneek folder after you changed your nand folder locations. neek will automatically create a new one for you.

for some reason after I added a few wii games to my drive and after I completely did a fresh install of uneek+cDI and postloader....I get a stackdump when I try to view the games page under cDI....

create on SD root a file named postloader.log, execute postloader, then pm me that file. Finally delete it, or postloader will work very slowly.

Hmm...kinda strange: ever since postloader 3, my wiiware/VC covers don't display anymore. Downloading them again hangs a long time on "stopping wiiload thread", then quickly downloads the covers...but they don't display. Clearing cache, rebooting, even removing the \ploader folder doesn't seem to change this.

The wii game covers display fine, though. As are the homebrew icons.

Note: I'm using Oneek and postloader 3.40.2.

EDIT: perhaps worth mentioning: my emu-nand isn't in the root folder. It's in \nands\somefoldername\.

@wever: Folder for covers is changed from 3.39.8. Copy the contents of sd:/ploader/channels.png to sd:/ploader/covers.

still preety much broken as of now with NEEK2O installed. It hangs and probably broke the NEEK2O NAND if you attempt to launch a title on some games and 100% totally broken for Japanese and Korean NANDS.

As of now, this is a good alternative for HBC and forwarders, but not for System Menu.

Maybe it hangs, but there it shouldn't in anyway broke directly the nand... pl2 never write to nand. If you pm me a title that hang pl I will try to test it.

I'm working on alternate nand support... then i will check jap and kor nand.

Ok, found the bug... update in few hours, just to test on my wii before releasing. A particular character in game name will crash postloader...

My theme is messed up when switching to the newest version :( I go the cool red mushroom bg but the now all the homebrew has a black bg and on the last page where I have 14/16 hombrew it shows a black box with SD in like there is homebrew but w/o an icon.

Now i'll try to make my theme working for this version. ;)

Are you the creator of that theme I use? If so it's freaking awesome and keep up the good work.

Code:
postLoader 3.41.4

* Corrected a drawing problem on games icons, when no icon is available
* Corrected a bug (causing a crash) on parsing diconfig.bin when character "|" where present on title
* priibooter 1.8: disabled usb root nand checking for better compatibility with neek2o
* added primordial per game nand reload. A lot of more work is needed to complete this functionality

NOTES:

postloader support automatically 4 different nands
/nands/pl_eu for euro pal nand
/nands/pl_us for usa nand
/nands/pl_jp for japan nand
/nands/pl_kr for korean nand
If the region if different from default, postloader is not capable of run directly the game. So the new region system menu will be displayed with the disc inserted.
If something gone wrong simply delete nandcfg.bin from /sneek
