I would bet its impossible since it requires the motion+, but you never know. They did make button control hax for PH on DS. I know its an entirely different ball game, but just saying.

It would work something like emulating a set motion to a button. And yes, its about as bad as it sounds... Actually its worse...

That might work for some things, but how would things like aiming the weapons or balancing on the rope work? Maybe with the classic controller using the second analog... But that's still limited (2 axes instead of 3)

Honestly I think they've all been trolls. So far nobody will even do as little as provide simple proof and in MFGs case it honestly looks like he was just looking for a reason to say "I'm not gonna give it to you."

Oh O.o. I mustve missed that piece of info. (Dont own a 3DS so no idea oot3d works)

To the user it'd feel just like aiming with the IR, but you won't have to worry about the sensor bar (more accurate and no interference issues)

Yes i did read the other pages and i'm well aware its not uploaded yet. What i'm saying is once it is on a private tracker it will be all over the place not long after.
