I am against an early leak. I would hate to watch people download the game and play it before my bundle arrived. Dang it. If I only had bought the Wii remote Plus earlier then I wouldn't mind an early leak. I can only blame myself for being a cheap ass.

It's about 20$ here for the addon only. Can go for much cheaper if you buy it used and in this case, it doesn't matter if it's used.

I am picky. The add-on is annoying. I would prefer the built in version. I haven't seen people selling those on the forum though.

I have seen new copies of Fling Smash which comes with a Wiimote Plus floating around for $30. Otherwise, just go to your local retailer and grab a Wiimote plus for $40. They are going to be used for the Wii U as well, so there is no reason not to have them.

I guess the Wii remote Plus isn't going to have a price drop anytime soon. I guess I could gradually buy one at a time. $40 is just so much IMO. I will keep my eyes peeled though.

Amazon right now has the white and black Wii remote pluses for 35, and if you use the super saver shipping that's all you'll have to pay, but it will take a week to arrive.

I'm just gonna post this again because of some nonsense that was said a few pages back. If someone says that Gamestop's have Skyward Sword now, they're full of crap. Gamestops don't even have Modern Warfare 3 yet and it comes out the 8th (well stores are just starting to get it now, they're being sent out since it comes out in a couple days). So yeah, that goes for any other retailer. The only people to have the game right now are the people who got it for press sites. (or I guess, possibly if someone managed to steal it from the manufacturer they'd have it too)

Don't give into false hope that tomorrow someone will leak it because a Gamestop around the corner has early copies. It's a lie.

With a thousand copies out to various press sites I can't imagine it not getting leaked soon. If it ends up getting leaked not in English, like the Japanese version, would you guys still play it?

I might play the beginnig just to see what it controls like, but I want to experience the story as I play...and I don't know japanese, so I wouldn't. Also, I believe the japanese date is after both EU and US so odds of that being leaked first isn't that great I suppose. I'm thinking that if it's leaked early it will be from Europe. (their release date is first and someone is bound to get an early copy)

I might download it and play a little, but I would wait to spend any real amount of time with it until here was an English language leak. Considering that both the EU and US versions come out before the JAP version though, I suspect the first leak will be English.

Also, while I doubt retail stores have it yet, I wouldn't be surprised if the distribution centers have it already.

And piracy laws in Eurpoe typically are less strict then the ones here in America so that wouldn't surprise me in the least bit if they break it first.

Yes. But not serious.
I played TP Jap before the English version was out :P

I will buy the game day 1. But it would be cool to be able to play it 19 days before ;).
Anyone knows if its DVD9? I hope not...

I. need. Zelda. Now. F$%&.

Whats the big difference between DVD9 and the other one? Just the amount of space it takes up?
DVD9 = dual layer. Can hold upto 8.5GB data (as opposed to 4.7 on a single layer disc). Some Wiis (particularly early models) have trouble reading dual layer discs. Though it shouldn't be an issue if you're running it off a harddrive.

Oh yeah. I've heard that before. Weird. I have an original Wii, however it perfectly runs every disc I've ever shoved in it. *crosses fingers* No jinx!

There are some Wii disc drives that get disc errors when trying to play anything DVD9 ex: Metroid Prime Trilogy, even originals. Its a manufacture problem. I think they do have ways to fix it but mine is not one of them... I can still load it from HDD tho' ;) so I'm good xD

I'm willing to bet its a dual layer disc. That's a good sign at least, meaning more material packed in there. Even though its bad news for some of you all. :/
