My HD Remaster Packs

That's the problem, try using pcsx2 itself and place the pack to c/documents/pcsx2/textures/ or if you are using a portable txt file, place the pack inside the pcsx2/textures.

i just tried both locations and made sure to set the pcsx2 graphics settings to point to the correct directory and still no dice. i feel like im messing something up on my end but not sure what

Sorry if this has been addressed or explained, but NPC textures in FFX-2 have a flickering effect as if there's a bright light hitting them. Happens with lots of characters. You can see it happening to Dona here.

this game when being dump, produce infinite images on every characters, there's no fix for now for thar, better wait for emulator to address that issue.
