I have some questions about the nussplii on wii u

1. Is nussplii the free version of Wii U EShop? So everything on the eshop is on nussplii and everything that isnt wouldnt be on nussplii?

2. If I download splatoon through nussplii can i play online multiplayer on it ?

3. What USB device do you guys use to store games? A lot of people suggest HDD/ SSD/ USB stick. What is the pros/cons of these storage? For HDD, I heard you need either a wall powered or get a Y-cable. Wall powered ones are super expensive, would it be okay if I get a USB stick, is there any downsides to the USB stick ?

1. Yes.

2. Yes, through Pretendo.

3. The recommended way is to use an HDD/SSD, but yeah you will need a wall powered device or a Y-cable. The downside of using a Y-cable is that it takes an extra USB port. Using a USB stick (pendrive) is generally not recommended because they tend to die after a while because the constant read/write cycles will greatly shorten their lifespan as they aren't designed for playing games. You can use it if that's all you have, but be aware that it could fail on you in the future.

There's also a way to play Wii U games through an SD card using ISFSHax and a stroopwafel plugin called SDUSB but that's more advanced and harder to set up and requires partitioning the SD Card. It is worth it though (imo).

For a SSD card, do I also need a Y cable? I know that I have to format the HDD/SSD , do I format it on a computer or it will format when I plug the HDD/SSD into my wiiu ? Do I need to download sigpatch rpx to use with nushplii i think i might have forgotten that
