When was the moment you realized, for sure, youre not straight?
I dont remember mine, i think it was too early for me to remember. I know that, at kindergarten-age i had both action figures and barbies (i liked that she had so many cool accessories and they were all compatible), plus i mostly played Doctor with other boys later on, so im not sure wether i was ever NOT aware of it.
But i just thought of something that happened like two years ago on Discord and i think that was the moment someone else realized they might be Bi, too.
Anyway, i remember him really liking PS2 and Dreamcast and this was in a retrogaming discord server which skewed older, as far as the userbase goes, but he may have been one of the youngest members at like 15 or so.
We all shared our orientation and then he said "I think im straight" and i said "If youre not sure, you MIGHT be Bi".
My thinking was that, i imagine, that straight guys dont really have to think about it, right?
They just like girls/women and liking Guys probably wouldnt even occur to them.
... im not straight, so i was definitely guessing there.
He was quiet for a while, our conversation had moved on to "Hairy Butts", im absolutely sure of that, cause we talked about reaching that spot with a razor being REALLY hard and waxing hurts like absolute hell.
Anyway, he came back and said "Yeah, youre right, i AM bi" and i think he actually thought about it properly, for the first time ever, and that was the moment it dawned on him. I never forgot that.
It felt really meaningful to me.... then he said "Yeah, i should probably wax my butt or something, its super hairy!"
