After many months of rumours and speculation, Ubisoft have today confirmed that a remake of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag is in the works. Announced as a part of a blog looking at Assassin's Creed going into 2026, details remain sparse. At the time of writing all we really have to go on is the key art at the top of this post. On the topic, the blog reads:

Speculation around Assassin's Creed is not new, but it's worth repeating: "Nothing is true. Everything is permitted."
Well, except in this case, some whispers have a little more wind in their sails. Keep your spyglass on the horizon.

In this post Ubisoft also celebrates the one year anniversary of Assassin's Creed Shadows, discuss their projects HEXE and INVICTUS, as well as announcing a free 60fps patch for Assassin's Creed Unity on Xbox Series consoles and PS5, and mentioning that more news is on the way soon for the live action Netflix show.

Don't forget Driver, but I'm glad they didn't even touch that IP.

Rayman Origins is awesome and you can play if you have an Xbox One (or newer) or PC on current systems, it was also released on Wii and PS3 but not really BC. And it was also ported to the Vita and 3DS although I'm guessing they're downgrades.

That's your opinion, I actually like their games, it's probably why I own 90% of their entire store on Ubiconnect!
Don't know why you hate them so much!

Only thing, I didn't like about them was Watch Dogs Legion, not having a single protagonist, getting rid of RB6 Vegas for Seige, Ending Ghost Recon Phantoms, and not continuing the GRAW Series.

Oh and getting rid of The Crew 1, but we got that back, thanks to a hacker.

Outside of that, I don't have an issue with their games.

They are the Kings of Open World games, and have done incredible things with their engines.
