I don't use Edizon so I can't help you there. Do you have the 21.x compatible versions of Edizon, Alchemist, nx-ovlloader, and ovl-sysmodules?
I'm going through them slowly now

So what do you use for cheats to come up on ultrahand?

I have a question. Atmosphere uses generateaeskek call with hardcoded keksource. And the same keksource is hardcoded into FS module. So it is definitely a Nintendo's number. Why is it legal?

I'm sorry if someone has been giving you shit about something to do with your app and keys, however, we do not fuck with Atmosphere

are you still biching about decrypt keys, please read the answers you got on the other threads AND ALSO READ THE LAW ABOUT decrypting keys and when they can be copyrighted or not.

that duckbill person is giving off some heavy nark vibes or undercover nintendo vibes
Or maybe because he is in Russia, he thinks he can sabotage all other devs in other countries for his own good, knowing he can't be touched in Russia. Just another reason I don't trust/ use that DBI homebrew.

All I ask is why feature used in atmosphere is legal? Is it so hard to answer?
The question of legality surrounding embedding keys vs embedding key sources, and indeed surrounding decryption keys is highly ambiguous. It is unclear what it is/isn't impossible to copyright.

It is a little odd that you are focusing on key sources as a potential copyright quagmire, rather than...atmosphere being in many ways a decompilation project...but the theory I operate under as its developer:

Atmosphere only embeds sources, and never keys, under the theory/rationale that to go from source to key, you need to use hardware secrets on a real device that atmosphere does *not* include.

Thus, I can say atmosphere is not distributing actual encryption keys, in the sense that someone with only a copy of atmosphere source code cannot perform encryption off of the hardware without dumping the secrets themselves without my involvement (which I am not liable for).

You are welcome to have your own thoughts on this, but there is genuinely no solid answer to what is/isn't legal. I believe atmosphere to be making a best-faith effort at following the spirit of the law in a place where the letter is ambiguous. It is not clearly illegal, and I don't think I can do better.

Firmware 21.2.0 is out. Atmosphere needs another update?
Always, even if the current atmosphère works without modification on a new firmware, a safety is on the code to avoid run atmosphère on a version higher than the target one. SciresM put that safe in place to avoid a unwanted damage to the console.

ScriesM has announced his plans to retire from the public hacking scene.
Hey, all --

I wanted to let you know that I'm planning on retiring from work in the public hacking scene.

Atmosphere (and my work on the Switch) have been an enormous labor of love for me for the past eight and a half years, and it's been an honor for me to dedicate so much of my life towards this kind of work.

That said, I am getting older. I find myself with less time to dedicate towards it, more responsibilities, and a changing personal life.

Particularly with my hoping to have kids in a foreseeable time horizon, I'm thinking I have to re-evaluate how much time I can spend on hobby projects.

I have the kind of personality that doesn't want to put in only a little work; I think that less-than-a-full retirement would likely lead to no actual changes in the time I put in.

I've truly appreciated getting to work with so many talented people (many of whom have been close friends for so many years), and I appreciate everyone's understanding as I try to transition to the next phase of my life.

With all my love,
SciresM
