People were comparing the Crowdstrike incident to Y2K as sort-of a joke because of the amount of businesses affected by it like it just happened. I wanted to say this because there's a lot of businesses that rely on network infrastructure to keep everything going; that includes websites you host, networks for contacting subsidaries, storage, amongst others.
