I created a tool to create .cia files very simply

Good evening, I've noticed that creating a .cia file is quite complicated for someone who isn't well-versed in the subject.

So I decided to create this tool that allows you to easily compile to .cia.

Feel free to submit issues on GitHub to suggest new features or problems you encounter. I plan to release updates fairly regularly when I have the time. Thank you!
