The cheat is made for Atmosphere, not for emulators. I also recommend using the cheat I shared Here. Cheatslips codes only work about half the time.

it is not necessary to use other people's cheats, but you could still use them to learn by viewing the value in memory explorer on how the value changes, Jump to Target if it's a pointer cheat, Watch ASM to get the address if it's an asm cheat (depending on the breakpoint being used)

why not? you could learn a lot from people's cheats, how to code, how the value changes, it is almost the same as asking how to find

Breeze now has a AOB feature to facilitate rebasing of ASM cheats.
Here is a tutorial using this feature to rebase a cheat for Atelier Ryza 3

There are three steps.
Make AOB to capture 8 instructions of the game code of interest.
Load AOB on different version of the game code to search for the game code of interest.
Load the source. Assemble the code for this different version.
