I have a Nintendo Switch HAC-CPU-20 motherboard that does not indicate it is charging on screen and does not power on. USB C tester shows roughly 15.25 volts , 0.484 amps, at 7.43 watts with battery connected. Checked the C port under a microscope and nothing looks out of place.Tested for voltage at the coil between USB C port and Battery connector and get 4 volts. I then also tested the connector itself and get 4 volts. Probed caps around m92 and am not finding any shorts. Have watched a handful of “diagnostic” videos of different things to check and am not finding anything that indicates any shorts anywhere on board. This is my first time trying to diagnose a Switch so am pretty green when it comes to these consoles. Trying to get a better idea of what I can test to try and figure this thing out so any tips tricks or other knowledge that can be offered, it would be much appreciated.

Figured I would drop a comment to say I have figured out the issue and it seems to be a dead emmc. One of the switch systems I installed a mod chip into gives me a blink code stating emmc initialization has failed. Checked a second donor emmc and it boots without issue into hekate.
