Does anyone know yet if the Switch 2 GameCube controller can be used on Dolphin via Bluetooth connection?

It would be great if i could replace my bulky Wii U GameCube adapter that's plugged into my PC that i use to play Dolphin with my Wavebird controller with the Switch 2 GC controller and simply have it run off my Bluetooth dongle... plus no more having to replace batteries as i could just charge it with my usb c cord that i charge all my other thingeys with.

Also i currently use x360ce to use that same Wavebird on some of my Steam games... if it's not currently natively supported by Dolphin then does anyone know if maybe i could use x360ce to make Dolphin think a Switch 2 GC controller is an Xbox controller and then i just simply map the buttons and joysticks?

So you're saying yes... the Switch 2 GC controller definitely will work on Dolphin connected to my PC via Bluetooth ?
what i did was use a mayflash adaptor and a blue retro ngc reciever, when you pair the switch 2 gcc to the reciever it acts as if it was recieving input a normal gc adapter and thus you get less input lag then if you were choosing the standard controller option on dolphin, this *should* also in theory work with delfinovin to convert the input into an xbox controller input for games that dont support gcc like on steam *maybe*?
