Hacking Hardware Homebrew ROM Hack Requesting help installing Smash project REX on my wii u

I feel like I've gotten stuck at the last portion of the modding process, and I would really appreciate some troubleshooting help! Here is my current progress:

-Working smash brawl rom installed
installed
-cios( 56, 249) have been installed
-Attempting to use usbxinstaller and the Rexusbinstaller(no luck loading the mod with either)

Please comment or dm/send discord contacts if you have some advice! As of right now I think my SD card set and file directories may be the issue.

Did you manage to find a solution? Not even the disk loader version worked for me despite working for M Ex Remix
