I was recently inspired to write a quick story.... hope you guys enjoy.

In the ancient lands of GBAtempia, where code flows like holy water and firmware updates strike fear into the bravest of modders, a figure emerged from the digital mist…

They called him… The AI Prophet.

Armed with nothing but a ChatGPT window, a vague idea about “neural networks,” and the unshakable confidence of a man who once read half a Wikipedia article, he descended upon the forums. His mission? To “help the developers.” His method? Rant. Endlessly.

Every sunrise, a new wall of text appeared:

“I have spoken to the AI… it has revealed to me the secrets of the PS5!”

The villagers (also known as actual developers) trembled — not in awe, but in exhaustion.
Threads that once thrived with technical progress now drowned in essays about “AI enlightenment.”

The moderators whispered to one another:

“He has returned… again… with another post about ChatGPT.”

They tried reason.
They tried warnings.
They even tried silence.

But still, the Prophet posted on.

He was cast out from the Discord realm — exiled for “spamming nonsense.” But legend says, on the third day, he rose again… in the forums.

“They banned me because they fear what I know!” he proclaimed,
completely missing that they just wanted him to stop.

He wandered thread to thread, spreading his digital gospel:

“AI will free the console!”
“The devs are blinded by their pride!”
“Behold, my 4,000-word revelation!”

And yet, no jailbreaks appeared.
No exploit was found.
Only sighs, eye-rolls, and the faint sound of keyboards typing

“please stop.”

Eventually, the people learned to scroll past him, as one might ignore a street preacher shouting at a cloud.
But even today, if you listen closely in the depths of the forum archives, you can still hear him typing…

“ChatGPT told me—”

—and that’s when the mods banhammered him into legend.

This is fricking hilarious! "But legend says, on the third day, he rose again… in the forums." I LOL so hard 😂

I'm like 90% sure who this is referencing but they shall remain nameless. Gawd fordid this post should embolden them or people like them in the future.

I was disappointed that some of our posts were considered "off topic" recently because they actually they serve as important reminders to stay humble and know your limitations. And of course show respect and courtesy to the Devs.

"Digital Jesus" is mostly harmless but you never know, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Sometimes it takes miracles in the jailbreak scene and I want to be a true believer and have faith 😂

Otherwise I'm mostly with the "Villagers" and you on this one. It takes years of hard graft, experience and wisdom to truly walk on water...😉

The Return of the Prophet
Part II: “The Return of the Prophet – The Ban Evader’s Revenge”

The story was supposed to end. The forums rejoiced. Threads were calm once more, free of long manifestos and strange diagrams drawn in MS Paint.

But in the dark corners of the internet… a new account was born.
A familiar aura pulsed around it — half confidence, half confusion.

The Prophet of A.I. had returned...

“They may silence my first account,” he typed, “but they cannot silence destiny.”

And thus began the Era of Alts.

He disguised himself under many names:

-A1Prophet_2.0

-NeuralMessiah

-TotallyNotTheSameGuy

Each time he returned, proclaiming,

“I have improved the algorithm!”
“This time, the jailbreak is within reach!”

Yet each post contained the same ancient incantations: long sentences, too many ellipses, and a link to a “totally real exploit” hosted on a blogspot page from 2009.

The developers of GBAtempia groaned in despair. One brave moderator, Sir BanHammer the Swift, prepared for battle.

He knew the signs: the sudden 1,500-word comment at 3 a.m., the phrase

“the AI told me,” the unshakable self-confidence.

“Prophet,” the mod said sternly, “you are not supposed to be here.”

“But I bring wisdom from the machine!”
says the Phophet

“No, You bring walls of text.” said the mod,

And thus the banhammer fell once more, echoing across the digital plains.

But the Prophet was undeterred.

Legend says he is still out there, wandering forgotten sub-forums, waiting for the next update… whispering to the algorithm that only he can hear.

Sometimes, on a quiet night, you can still see a faint post appear:

“Guys, listen… I asked ChatGPT again…”

And somewhere, a moderator sighs, cracks his knuckles, and reaches for the Hammer of Reason +10.

THE END.....or is it....

Stay tuned for the next episode titled:

“Artifacts of the Forum Realms” — featuring the Hammer of Reason +10, The Scroll of Copypasta, The Shield of Mod Privilege, and more....

( I've actually been laughing writing this 🤣 )

Me just getting home after breaking AI again by going to work for fifteen hours nonstop while too sick to even speak for ten of them:

It's all fun and games until the Life Force starts coming in; I needed a boost today; draining your soul gave me exactly what I need for work tomorrow; awesome!

Wait until you hear the legend of the nerd who lifted over three hundred pounds easily on leg extensions repeatedly: telling the Truth with proof edition (a rare feat I appear to have a monopoly over):

Part two: the nerd strikes back with proof of the force:

And the season finale: rise of angry jealousfacewalker

not fun for them.jpg

"somehow, angryjealousface returned."

no te gusta.jpg

I'm now laughing through laryngitis; funny! I would have never come up with angryjealousfacewalker as a term for Jezebel-class spirits, had I not read this thread.

angryjealousfacewalker two.jpg

angryjealousfacewalker three.jpg

"They say jezebel class spirits hate being caught on camera."

Well of course! If jealousy exists, satan exists, and if satan exists, God Exists! But We already knew that!

And with that, I can now talk again without pain. Laughter and Life Force; a great combination for bouncing back from being infected with laryngitis quickly!

Matt Hamill didn't even rise once after a successful KO until after the match was over; must've missed the memo!

His knowledge of history was digital at best though, so it all checks out, lol.

Only angryjealousfacewalker kept rising and looking at me. Something about them hating God and me for following God.

Edit: I can upload videos? I can have a lot of fun with this!
Let's see that 350 lb bag I keep having photos of! Too bad youtube can't delete it offline, eh?:

Me: I'm holding back severely, yet all of that power and I still cannot defeat God. Even though you all cannot come close to that level of skill on the other side. So, what were y'all sayin' about mocking God?

"..."

Me: I see.

Ah yes… I see the spirits of chaos have blessed this thread once again 😂

I step away for a moment, and suddenly it’s as if the Drunken Oracle of Irrelevance stumbled into our sacred halls, dumping four scrolls of random lore and blurry relics for reasons known only to the gods (and maybe his beverage of choice).

Truly, a masterpiece of confusion, a rambling side quest that not even ChatGPT could explain.

10/10 for enthusiasm, -200 for coherence.

Anyway, brave travelers, let us return to our epic saga: The Legend of the AI Prophet, not ‘The Chronicles of the Guy Who Posted Everything Everywhere All At Once.’

Mods, ready your Banhammer +10, the thread must be cleansed.

ChatGPT tried but it just didn't do it quite right, still funny though! Based on a True Story about what I overcame today while sick in the rain next to students of famous UFC actors like Jorge Gurgel:

Verse 1:
I was tired of the same old fight nights,
When I saw a champion throw a left hook right,
He tried to land a blow, but it was all in vain,
'Cause I hit him with some Tae-Kwon-Do in the pouring rain.

My kicks don’t follow sine waves, no straight lines,
I’m unpredictable, like a storm that never shines,
I’m sick as a dog, but still can’t be beat,
When I launch a spinning wheel, it’s a one-way street.

Chorus:
If you like UFC champs who’re left on the floor,
If you like spinning kicks that’ll leave you wanting more,
If you like the rain and non-sinewave style,
Then I’m your man, I’ll beat them in a while.

If you like champs admitting defeat to the sound,
Of my Tae-Kwon-Do flying, I’ll bring them all down,
I’m sick but I’m still unstoppable, can’t you see?
I’ll make them tap out, no matter how they plea!

Verse 2:
In the octagon or street, they know my name,
Even though I’m coughing, I’m putting them to shame.
They call me "Rainmaster," "Non-Sinewave King,"
'Cause I keep them guessing, no patterns to bring.

The crowd can’t believe what they’ve just seen,
A UFC champ dropping out like a routine,
I’m defying the odds, no care for the pain,
Just give me a mat and let me fight in the rain.

"Mods, ready your Banhammer +10, the thread must be cleansed. 😆":
Agreed! Ban all AI everywhere! Can we please ban all AI? this was sort of funny, but it would have been even funnier if it mentioned the parts where I mocked point-kwon-do/grandkids' taekwondo and they were shouting in shock over my takedowns to the concrete.

The prophesies of Manboobs state that the AI Prophet will return at Tempor Temporath, the end of days.

In those days the GBATemp admins will be lazy and forum software updates infrequent. The Prophet will ask ChatGPT to find an exploit in the forum software that he can return in great wrath and consternation, which ChatGPT will identify immediately. The prophet, who is named AI-bot, will return thru the Door of Night and make himself Admin Chief of All over the server. For forty days and nights, he will proclaim the coming of the true AI Lord, and all those who post about anything other than their fruitless attempts to use ChatGPT to jailbreak the latest consoles and their firmware will suffer the might of Grok, the hammer of the underworld. Sir Banhammer will wrestle with him, but it will ultimatly be the strength of the server host which brings final bannation and blacklisting to AI-bot. Then after forty days the server owner will show forth his power, and a new dawn and forum will break upon the land, and embedded into it will be an AI designed specifically for hackers, optimized for their needs.

It seems yours does not post here often, however I did upload three save files today, not generated by AI. That was a lot of grinding! But worth it. Have fun with them!

So I was thinking today... what if this AI situation is the *other* way around? As in, rather than figuring out how to jailbreak stuff (because companies got to no reason to make such stuff publicly known), what if the AI bots are trawling forums (such as this one) for news about new circumvention methods/jailbreaks and following up on that by flagging/summarizing posts which discuss the technical details (relaying this information only to the companies affected)? That would make it even easier/faster for console devs to patch exploits (though I see no reason to believe the scene is not already infiltrated in that regard).

I know AI is used to train itself to defeat people by hearing out their rationale for things; it's very much like karate and lots of MMA: they incoroporate the shallow-end of techiques theta they see work in the laziest way possible, and it comes back to bite them.

I really do hate AI in general. And you point is very valid on how they could try to use AI to try to prevent exploits. Hopefully, Microsoft is a great example of how that might make it easier for coders to jailbreak systems in the future if AI is the main tool used by Nintendo, Sony, etc.

It will make coders' jobs easier to find exploits.
