Hacking Accidentally Updated Firmware in CFW

Hello there,
Recently I was installing games on CFW with tinfoil, I started playing a random game to check if it was working when a pop-up appear, I accidentally pressed A and my firmware started updating, which I find weird since I use DNS MiTM and 90DNS to block all communications with Nintendo servers (I don't use prodInfo blanking btw).
My CFW updated and I had to update Hekate, Atmosphère, Sigpatches, Tinfoil, etc, until I eventually had my CFW back up and running.
My question is, is it safe to switch to OFW, even though I updated CFW through Nintendo servers? Will my switch get flagged and instantly banned when I launch OFW?

Probably will get banned, since you have nsp/xci instlaled and server communication not properly blocked, since you updated via Nintendo server.
