Would an ESP32 be a bit overkill? Perhaps an RP2350? Or the OG RP2040?
It's overkill if you don't need another functions from them(SDIO?). Simple and power saving chip like STM32G or something like it is more than enough.
Post automatically merged:

And ESP32 and RP require external memory, a lot of capacitors, additionally rp2350 needs inductor for its dc-dc converter.

I will pay extra for a green shell option fwiw 💚

I love green too, especially dark green.

But because of cost constraints, the first batch I was only able to produce plain clear and black clear cases. Maybe we can make some different colors using plastic dye, but it's still hard to mass produce.

What about frosted clear?

Now that's something I can't wait to buy! Might be worth getting in touch with the PIUGBA dev team too, see if its possible to implement file streaming support for the SuperChis.

For the uninitiated its a version of Pump it Up, a 5 panels rhythm game, for the GBA and the game has support for high quality audio files alongside FMV support for video backgrounds.

That's a great idea, I think SuperChis has the potential to be a universal game development platform to get GBA games out of the 32MB size limit!

Will 64MB be the new arbitrary limit, or would it be something like 256MB? Custom mappers can already access 256MB chips.

sir, I saw this cart shopping on aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256809355144635.html

and ordered it on a whim since I wanted a rumble cart. is this your handy work? i have yet to receive it, and i've been trying to learn everything about it to make it work. i ordered gb flash already and i have no idea if it will work with that flasher.

if you could point me to a manual to familiarize myself it would really help prepare me! thank you. this is my first flash cart.

for reference, if the link goes down, it is fram rumble chisflash 1.2.

Yes, ChisFlash 1.2 was designed by me, and not surprisingly it works with GBFlash.

Thank you. I got with a known working configuration and I’m going to play through before flashing. You made a dream of mine true, thank you. I love rumble. Ty.

I already have an Everdrive GBA Mini but I am interested in picking one of these up to play around with SuperFW (which looks a lot nicer than the ED UI IMO). The feature you're talking about where GBA homebrew can access the SD DLDI style is pretty cool. Might open up GBA homebrew games larger than 32 megs.

感谢你对老玩家做的贡献,在此询问一下您,卡上的电池是否可以更换成可更换的电池座?
