Hey everyone I recently modded my v1 switch with a picofly 2040 chip and I want to know if I can do screenshot in cfw because sysmmc and stock are reliable and sometimes I use sys-clk or status monitor in cfw so I wonder if I do a screenshot in sysmmc and we see my status displayed on top like cpu temp or fan rate and I go back to stock where we can see it can I be banned ?
Btw I have 90dns on sysmmc

Thx for your return

Please consider blocking nintendo servers via DNS.MITM too, 90DNS servers may not be available all the time

Also yes, you can screencap and overlays will show up on the capture

Thx for your response but I want to know if when I'm going to look at the screencap with overlay in ofw I won't result in a ban

Hmm you're either confusing terms or you're inadvertently applying cfw to the sysnand.

Sysmmc and stock are the same thing.
Using ("most" ) sysmodules and installing nsp/xci titles on sysmmc may flag your console for a ban.

You should use cfw on Emummc instead. Unless you know what you're doing or don't care about getting banned.

To answer your question, I don't think Nintendo has a way to monitor the contents of a screenshot, so taking screenshots of overlays and cfw elements should be safe.

But it doesn't make sense when you say "taking a screenshot on Sysmmc and then going back to stock" because, again, both are the same thing. If you're applying cfw to Sysmmc, chances are your sysnand is already dirty and you're eventually getting banned anyways.
