Or in other words, here's the official announcement that Trump is a fascist. If your enemy is anti-fascists, you are in fact, supporting fash.

Also sad that it bares repeating. No antifa is not an organization. If you wish to challenge that, tell me who the fuck the leader is.

Has antifa actually done something other than being a scapegoat recently?
No, it's always been a scapegoat (well, as long as I can recall since about 2016, maybe earlier)

rhetorically it would always be used in conjunction the right didn't like, or a tragic shooting as a means to ramp up the right

this image was back during 1929. Just so we're very clear which side of history antifa is on.

Honestly, unless average day people start talking to each other about this (since we have a culture of avoiding talking politics at work)

I feel like we may be very much cooked. The clock is ticking, and the glass is running fairly low.

Just so we're very clear which side of history antifa is on.

Historically, Antifa was on the side of Soviet Communism.

Now it's on the side of chaos. Semi-Communist, Semi-Anarchist, all unfit for a civilized productive society. Spoiled little bitches who throw dangerous tantrums.

Was present during Hitler trying to stop Nazi Germany. Was present during Italy to stop Mussolini.

It has a lot more history trying to stop facisist than it does what you just said.

Can we at least agree Trump trying to declare it a terrorist organization is a way for him to silence opposition of any kind?

It's so loose that it could mean anything he wants. It purely means, you are against facisism. Nothing more, nothing less.

All funded by Stalin/USSR. With the intention of toppling Hitler so Stalin could "peacefully" usurp Germany with a puppet satellite government.

Of course opposing Hitler was preferable to supporting him. But opposing Hitler with the hope of propping up Stalin's chosen pet as his replacement ... that's an outta the frying pan, into the fire game plan. Glad I wasn't around for that era.

Anyway, historical Antifa of the 1920's-30's bears almost no resemblance or similarity to what calls itself Antifa in the USA today, except for communism. The real Antifa of 100 years ago wouldve beaten the pink hair over-tatted meth-heads to death in the streets.

Source? And I mean source that proves that every single case was funded by Stalin. (It's a big claim, never heard of it. If so, interesting to know)

Also again you avoided my question.
Can we agree that this is Trump trying to silence any opposition to him?

Are you aware that communism and anarchism are complete opposite ends of the political spectrum?
You can accuse all you want, but you're hurting your own credibility with this claim.

He has credibility?

Antifa sprang out of the German Communist Party (KDP). In the early period of the Nazi Party's rise, ie pre 1928, funding for resistance was provided from the USSR through the Comintern. Later in the 20's though the effectiveness of Antifa, and maybe how much funding they got, was affected by 1) Stalin starting to cozy up to Hitler, and 2) Stalin declaring the Social Democrats (SDP) in Germany as semi-fascist. But when the KDP first set Antifa into motion, the money was definitely coming from the USSR and it has to be assumed that Stalin had the same goal for Germany then as he had for Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, etc.

Not to nitpick or anything, but why would you use Wikipedia as a direct source? Can't you find a source that's more credible?

It makes sense. They were founded a hundred years ago to fight Franco's Fascists because they felt like the Fascists weren't hard enough on the Italian people.
...Which sounds utterly ridiculous to ordinary ears, but makes perfect sense to a Leftist. National Socialism and Fascism are the "right wing" of Far Left Marxist ideologies. Like a -90 out of a -100 to 100 number scale.

Let’s be absolutely clear.

Fascism and nazism have no place on this forum. We will not tolerate hateful ideologies rooted in supremacy, violence, and the dehumanization of others. If you identify with or promote fascist or nazi views, you are not welcome here. This community will not be a safe haven for intolerance, hate speech, or historical revisionism that seeks to minimize or justify the atrocities committed under these ideologies.

This is not up for debate.

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences, and it does not give you the right to poison this space with dangerous rhetoric. There is no “just a different opinion” when that opinion denies the humanity of others or seeks to revive ideologies responsible for some of the worst crimes in human history.

We are committed to fostering a space that is open, diverse, and respectful. That means:
  • No displaying of fascist or nazi symbols, slogans, or sentiments
  • No support for authoritarianism, racial supremacy, or hate groups
  • No coded language or dog whistles meant to disguise extremist ideologies
  • No glorification of regimes or figures associated with fascism or nazism
Additionally:
  • Stay civil and open-minded when engaging with others, especially when they come from different backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, or life experiences. You do not have to agree with everyone, but you must treat others with basic human decency.
  • This is a diverse community. And that diversity is a strength, not a threat.
We are drawing a line. If you find yourself on the wrong side of it, you are free to leave—or you will be removed.

First offenders will be given an immediate 7-days suspension (I am looking at you "bobbytomorow") and subsequent offenses will result in a permanent ban.
If you do not agree with this, you are invited to leave this place immediately.
So, we're all terries now, boss?
