I'm confused because Joe Biden was in fact not well? He also got cancer almost immediately after his term. He was so obviously in mental decline that his own party replaced him at last minute.

Now why would I want to live in the MAGA reality that you do? That reality is just constantly in flux. Example: "being old" is enough to demand someone not run for office, but it's fine when it comes to Trump. El Salvador is not a failed nation, quite the opposite. The numbers are not fabricated, they were proven in the election that reelected him with a super majority. Before you say those numbers are fabricated too and the election as stolen, no. You can't steal an election with 83% of the vote without massive international condemnation, it is simply not possible. Look at Venezuela, a country where elections are actually rigged, Maduro has now won two elections barely scrapping by with 51%, that is how you rig an election, and then you obviously deny vote recounts and don't let international mediators verify the votes. If you are insinuating people don't like Bukele you are simply objectively wrong, you need to provide evidence otherwise because your claim makes zero sense.

I never claimed that El Salvador was a shining example of a democracy, the US model does not work in third world countries. I just claimed Bukele is wildly popular and people have his back, which he does. He turned El Salvador from the murder capital of central America to a safer country than the US. That is massive and I understand you don't appreciate it living in the UK, but for the people of ES it was life changing. It really isn't that deep.
