Do not buy those that show pictures with Chinese characters. I believe most people need the English version.

You need a adapter to ensure that the GBC cartridge does not trigger the switch next to the GBA cartridge slot. I don't know if this adapter is easy to get.

Oh cool makes sense. If it's just a straight extender, shouldn't be hard to make or have made if they're not already available

Yes, ChisLink's features are almost the same as FlashGBX, and even better compatibility with unknown Flash

Not quite, but the GBA can load custom code from the link port on boot, using Multiboot. Then, once you have that code running on the GBA, it does have full access to all hardware, so the code can read data from the link port and write it to the slot, even if it's not very fast.

The speed is comparable to GBxCart RW, 32MB in about 10 minutes, and I transfer data during erase and write so that the Link port rate is not a bottleneck.

I had the misfortune of buying one of these before finding your message recommending that I only use EpicJoy.
I've already received it, but it has no memory and therefore no signature.bin. Is there any way to update it to English?

I think i bought from the same shop. I don't think EpicJoy had their listing up as this was the only one i could find.
