As left-leaning independent that voted democrats since 2006 and supported many progressive policies (centrist with immigration and fiscal policies), I admitted that your statement is true and I found Biden's leadership to be very poor, so Kamala isn't much better either. Have bad leadership could hurt their reelection and hurt other candidates of same party as well.

That left me with bad options for candidates, however Alabama is ruby state and Trump won easily. Back in 1990, Alabama was heavily moderate and conservative democrats before political realignment started in 1994. I do believe that Kamala supporters are more angry at voters who living in toss-up states like Georgia.

I don't believe in obstruction and I do think both parties in the Congress need to work together, so I know that isn't some good policies. Show the leadership and get job done to solve the problems.

In real life, I avoid political discussion at the height of polarization and that why I don't around in here often.

I don't have personal endorsement since last one was in 2008 when Obama runs for the president and I do believe that we need to move on from 8 years of GWB Admin, also I don't perceive GWB as terrible leader but it has some unpopular decisions. When polarization started, moderate voters feel like ignored and left out.

As for those reason, I don't push the voters, even swing voters to vote someone and I just leave up to them to make a decision. Most of them aren't thrilled with choice of candidate. If there is localized and personal like my friend, I would support them like sign language interpreter is running for house of rep at Alabama State Legislature.

I don't think that world is getting better either and now, there is too much geopolitical nowadays.

As huge fan of Harry Potter, I don't agree with JK Rowling's sentiment with transgenders because I don't find gender dysphoria to be funny, but it is very miserable if they are forced to cope with unwanted identity, however I don't think that boycott is going to help and JK Rowling isn't going to change her opinion, also energize anti-transgender community further.

We've been lynching that attention whore since early 2010s.

Again, this guy is ignoring the fact that in the US, due process (which immigrants are entitled to per our laws) is being bypassed. It's also worth noting that it's not legal for law enforcement to cover up their identities and this is what ICE is doing. What BS am I stating exactly?

It's not going to be possible to have a reasonable or intelligent discussion with an individual who is simply going to hand wave basic facts on the situation.

I want to challenge this one. Look at the video which this thread is about. Brad Lander was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He's an American citizen and due to him being a Politician he even has a sort of Celebrity status (which means ICE cannot easily claim they didn't know the bloke). Also all he did was asking questions, as you can see in the video. It didn't stop ICE from detaining him. Care to explain how this fits into your narrative? Because, honestly I cannot make the loose ends match here. Either you believe in the rule of law, then you should be up against the Trump regime, or you give a damn about it, but in this case please stop making baseless claims. You cannot have it both.
