Hacking Hardware Homebrew Data abort

Hello everyone. I’ve recently come across an issue with certain 3ds games. This happened after I came back to using the 3ds after a month of not using it. When attempting to install a few Lego games, I came across an arm11 error. I’ve reinstalled and deleted multiple times, updated luma, and updated godmode9. Not sure what the issue is. Any help is appreciated.

The first place to look is https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Error_screens/Luma3DS_exception_screen , but that doesn't have an entry for an Arm11 data abort error during use.

But the SD card is probably a good place to start looking. Copy everything off your SD card (Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier is recommended since there's a possibility of corruption), format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and copy everything back again. See if that fixes it. If the test fails or if you can't format the card, then you should get a new card (and copy everything to the new card after formatting and testing it).

I will try that, but odd how it only happens to games installed previously. Will update accordingly.

So I did what you said and no issues found with the sd card. I even downloaded different games and it doesn’t work it them either. Not sure what the issue is, maybe h shop?

If it's only on certain apps, try going into FBI, TITLES, and then click on the problematic application. Then scroll down to IMPORT SEED and select it. Make sure WiFi is connected. Let me know if this works.

Unfortunately that is not supported here. But the obvious way to check would be to get your games from elsewhere.

Hmmm. That error happened to me before... I just waited and reconnected my internet and it seemed to eventually work. If it still has that network error, manually import the seed. There's a guide for it on the website version of hShop. Good luck!

If this was a seed problem, then as per https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Error_screens/Luma3DS_exception_screen , there would probably be an "undefined instruction" error and not a "Precise External Abort" error. But then, I don't have any better ideas.
