would you please be able to explain to me how to migrate to full sys patch and remove the sig patches thank you in advance
Remove pretty much everything that's usually included in sigpatches archive file i.e.:
  • folders es_patches, nfim_ctest and nim-prodinfo-blank-fix from the atmosphere/exefs_patches folder.
  • folders fs_patches and loader_patches from the atmosphere/kip_patches folder.
  • patches.ini file from the bootloader folder.
That should be it. Don't forget to reboot afterwards after you install the latest sys-patch (simply drag and drop).

In any case, I've just updated my CFW (firmware, Atmosphere, Hekate, sys-patch, MissionControl and a couple of other apps) and from what I can tell everything still works just fine. The only issue I run into was that my Switch rebooted on first boot right after the Switch logo. The second time it booted properly.

I did everything you mentioned but I still get "Failed to apply ‘nosigchk’!"

You must ensure the NFIM patches are active on SYS-Patch sysmodule.
The new mission control updated for fw 20.0.x contains IPS patches in atmosphere/exefs_patches, is using sys-patch 1.56 enough for it to work or do I need to configure something? Because I installed mission control but it no longer recognizes my DualShock 4.

NVM, i just got the new Sys-patches. i do still get that nosigchk even after i deleted it from the hekate_ipl.ini file
Not to be blunt, but.. nonsense. NOTHING looks for "nosigchk" unless you told it to. If you have multiple entries, then any or every one of them could have that line added. Whatever button you just launched, look at that specific choice in the ipl.ini, and you'll see the nosigchk line there. Just search for the word in your text editor of choice, until it can't be found. And in case you placed an ipl.ini somewhere else as a backup and forgot about it, the one you want is in the bootloader folder.

That's a question for a thread on mission control. All I can say is that you do need those patches, or they wouldn't be distributed with it. Sys-patch doesn't do anything with those. The readme is far too long for me to bother (my eyes suck and I'm tired). Perhaps you should try removing everything it says to remove, to start from scratch. https://github.com/ndeadly/MissionControl#readme

Forse dovresti provare a rimuovere tutto ciò che dice di rimuovere, di ricominciare da zero. https://github.com/ndeadly/MissionControl#readme
That's exactly what I did, hekate 6.3 just released, atmosphere 1.9.0 and sys-patch 1.56. everything works perfectly except mission control, it definitely depends on the unmanaged IPS patches

While it might be convenient to have those Tinfoil shops on your Switch for ease of installing game backups, from what I've seen Tinfoil isn't really doing the best job as a title installer and alike. I've been using DBI since the beginning and I've sourced my install files from a couple of websites that host them. Here's a great video on how to use DBI. I'm yet to run into an issue with it (a major one that isn't actually related to the game dump instead). The only thing you could try is to run the applet version of the app with in the full RAM mode via title override. Not sure how fast are Tinfoil devs at updating their app.
