Copy Flashcart SD Saves to 3DS SD and Vice Versa

So I have a flashcart, DSi, DS Lite, and a 3DS, is it possible to copy the saves from the DS Flashcart to my 3DS SD card and vice versa. I would like to be to use the Twilight++ on my 3DS.

These are the settings I have

This is what it looks like when I press select

Press either SELECT+Up or SELECT+Down does nothing
It doesn't work for either my EZFLASH or my 520 in 1 flashcart

is it possible to copy the saves from the DS Flashcart to my 3DS SD card and vice versa.

You can always just take the SD card out of your flashcart, copy the save data to your PC, and then copy the save data to your 3DS SD card. (You wouldn't even need to take the SD card out of your 3DS; you could just transfer the files wirelessly from your PC using FTPd.)

I'm pretty sure only certain flashcarts have a filesystem accessible from TWiLight Menu.
