Region Unlock Plugin not working for Wii games.

I'm trying to play out of region wii disks directly from the disk reader app on the wii u menu, but I keep getting error 157-1104 'out of region'.

• I have a modded vwii with priiloader and the system hack "region unlock everything" enabled.
• To mod the vwii I followed the wii hacks guide vwii section up until the wiiconnect24 part, and it loads disks of all regions fine, so I think it's a wii u problem.
• I have both the regionfree and the drc_region_free plugins in aroma.

The annoying thing is that I had this working a few years ago on a wii u that has since died from a failed hynix eMMC, but I've forgotten how I did it.

Just enter usb loader and read your disc. Encounteted 0% issue so far.
